My dad had to present him self here for a document it was not great at all. There was absolutely no type of order there were a lot of elderly people outside, which is fine considering the situations of the pandemic but as Latinos we always want to know what is going on there was absolutely no one giving any type of information or advice on keeping social distance and on what is the I guess regulation on how many people or if any companions can go in!

Very good experience. I would like to know whether bolivian residents have to visit the Consulate's office in order to get the \certificado de vivencia\ for the period October/December 2020 Aguinaldo or, we can still use the one issued at the beginning of 2020. Please post an ad in your bullletin at the earliest. Thank you.

As always and unfortunately the service to all Bolivian citizens are very bad. My dad needs an attorney power to get his retirement payments in Bolivia but nobody gives answers the phone on the designated days that they are supposed to be working. The website as they said has the chance to make an appointment but that is not true. What a shame as a Bolivians because they do not do a good job.

I have really bad experience we make an appointment for 12:20 We got there on time even early but we have to wait hours and hours to do our papers according to system was down

terrible service more than 50 people inside the small building, in the middle of the pandemic, they charge 200 dollars for a id. I did the appointment to avoid this and have to wait 2 hours no sanitizers
