I give the consulate 5 stars. Everything that I needed was clearly detailed in their website, which made my appointments so easy and as fast as 15 minutes (both for passport renewals). For those who have reviewed the Consulate badly, you need to check yourselves out. Just because the Consultate \didn't tell you\ what you needed, doesn't mean it's their fault. You can look up everything in the website yourself. Story time: I had this lady ahead of me who came to her appointment late. She complained to one officer that she \was dying in the cold\ because she \wasn't psychologically told\ that she could open the door. When I pulled the door, it was actually open; it just needed to be pulled a bit harder. Then she complained to another officer that she \wasn't told over the phone\ about what forms to have and how much to pay. And that's not all! She then complained that the Consulate people \made her waste her time\ with all the forms she had to fill out. To top it off, she ran over my appointment time. I think she was there for like 40 minutes at least. Then when it was my turn, I got everything done in 15 minutes, because I don't expect to be catered on some high horse like you, bad reviewers. He dicho caso cerrado!

Very bad service, they think are doing favor to anyone. Very disappointed how those people work in a consulate. They are to serve, it seems like those people came recommend for this job and had no clue what purpose of their job.

I had a very good experience going to the Peruvian Consulate this past week to do a transaction. I had an appointment, and arrived on time but needed to wait outside but not for long as they promptly called me in. There was a couple aside from me inside the room and the workers followed social distancing rules, wearing masks, etc, etc.. Cory was very nice, polite and explained all I needed to know and took care of my business. Very thankful!

My experience at this consulate was extremely positive. I had to renew passports and get different certificates. The procedures for these were not that straightforward. All the staff was kind and helpful, but I'd like to highlight the assistance provided by Dr. Abanto. She was exceptionally professional and efficient, she studied our case, provided all the guidance needed and then help us with the process in a very efficient manner. Very impressed with the quality of her work!
