Perfect for my mom's needs...clean, great staff, studio apartments that make my mom feel independent...and budget friendly...she can smoke in the designated smoking section and feel free to do it when she pleases...she has a fridge, microwave, a tv with Cox cable..and my mom feels comfortable which is the most important to me...misty and Gary are welcoming and great at their jobs... it's an older building so it's not some Palace but it's clean and comfortable and has everything my mom needs with her income... she also has a little pendant to wear that will alert the staff if you need anything there's a little elevator that helps them go from floor to floor and a wide open area for cafeteria styles eating and alternative options if they don't like what's on the menu for that day... I'm happy, mom is happy...

I was looking for a home for my mother, who now has reached a need in care beyond what I can do myself. Kevin showed me around the building, was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had, but most importantly, he cared about my situation, and helping me find the best home for my mom. Copper Heights may not be the newest, or best appointed assisted living, but the staff I was introduced too while I was there ALL seemed to truly care, and to me, that is what matters most.
They have tweakers for caregivers, and seem not to care.they dont train new staff properly.. poor people! And these people are not well taken care of as far as grave yard shift goes..
Went there today! I would not take any one there! It smells badly!! Nothing like the website pictures ! Doors are very dirty & old
