Love the homes and freedom to just look around
I sat down with Jan Davis, the owner. She sat and listened to me and helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. I have spent a few months looking at different options and places for our new home. It's because of her personal touch, compassion and her great selection of homes that she is the one I'm buying my home from.
This company is extremely untrustworthy, unprofessional, rude, and they do not mind lying to their customers. I would not buy a water from them if I lived in the desert. Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from these people. I will be posting the full review on Facebook and the whole experience that I went through. It took me 10 minutes to get my house and it was a used home. The worst part is that I was told it was only going to take three months. I put a down payment on the home in March 2020 and did not get my house in until January 2021.
DO NOT RENT A LOT FROM THEM FOR A MOBILE HOME TO SIT ON!!! Lori Davis is probably one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. After we sold our mobile home, the people moved it off the lot. A few months later, my boyfriend went in to ask for the deposit back. And she LAUGHED in his face and told him she COULDNT BELIEVE HE HAD THE AUDACITY to ask for it back. She ended up completely ignoring him and walking into her office and shutting the door mid conversation with no answer as to why we couldn’t. I called up there afterwards trying to get Lori on the phone. The receptionist thought she put me on hold and was whispering to someone and then HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. Seriously, we had more problems than this. But that was just icing on the cake. So rude and unprofessional
