The worst credit bureau I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No notices, no information, no letters, no calls and yet expect me to know I am in collections. I have been hung up on, I have been talked to extremely disrespectfully when I did find out and called them myself, as if I should have known the entire time while i was getting 0 information from this company. And they are still threatening to take me to court even though I have been paying the balance. Its disgusting that a business thinks it can treat people the way that they do. I would give 0 stars if I could. Edited to add: I found out they are also lying to me as when I was first in contact they said that I was well out of time to dispute when the 30 days actually starts the DAY YOU ARE NOTIFIED not the date if the first letter. THIS IS ILLEGAL. They also said anything less than 100 a month in payment they would take me to court but today they said If i pay anything i wont be taken to court. Do not take your business here.

Terrible service, will try to take you to court even after you've agreed to pay a balance, they also do not give you receipts for payments or notify you of remaining balances. This place should not exist.
