very rude and disrespectful right off the bat of me just answering the phone and confirming my identity. when trying to explain my situation of why I could not pay the full amount, she began yelling at me saying I was making excuses and I was not able to make some kind of payment plan because the woman was so disrespectful interrupting me when I tried to speak causing me to have to hang up because was not going to stop being rude for no reason. she was speaking in a bully type manner and is very manipulative. the woman insulted my intelligence in an attempt to humiliate me, any person working in customer service should have a better respect for the people they are serving and act more mature and competent.

Extremely rude. I'm aware of my debt but my husband is currently on short term disability and I'm not able to work either. (and I've attempted to get disability as well but was denied because my illness isn't 'debilitating enough') they've called me almost every business day for probably three weeks now, wouldn't listen when I tried to explain that I don't have the money and then tried to contact my husband to get money from him! Shady shady shady
Lynn, is rude and doesn’t care about the customer. I told them I was willing to pay today or settle. Asked for employment information I asked why they need this couldn’t tell me why.
It's unfortunate to get a collection item but Adrian was super sweet to talk to, had some good humor to counter mine, and importantly was able to settle.
They called wanting to speak with my ex or me about a business matter. When I called back to find out more, the lady I was talking to was constantly interrupting me, rude, wanted payment immediately, and then started to threaten me. Extremely unprofessional, and illegal behavior
