I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Easy to call and make an appointment, running on time, and office moral is amazing. Especially the phlebotomist who’s been there for years. I mainly see Kim the PA who’s the Absolute best. She’s goes above and beyond in so many ways. Bedside manner, customer service, and professionalism are a 10/10 in my book!

Crescent Family Practice is fabulous! I've been going here for about 4 years now and always receive top notch service. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the physicians have a great bedside manner. I don't like going to the doctor (who does?) but they always make it the best experience possible. Highly recommend!

Clinical and administrative staff are always welcoming. Dr Bruckert is amazing. Very patient, I never feel rushed. Even though we moved to Raleigh, , I still still drive to Cary because he is such a fabulous physician.

Beware of this office's billing practices!!! They did not notify me of a bill for a year and sent it to collections. When I asked them about it, they said they sent it to my address. It was an address I had not lived at for some time. They said I should have updated it. I tried several times to update it, they would not answer the phone. Do not go here if you don't want billing shenanigans. They are so many other doctor offices in the area that will not do something like this to you.
