Getting off the Budget shuttle to board the ship was smooth and the \white shirt\ porters were helpful, ample and eager to help and made well known tips were allowed. Coming back after cruise Porters were NO help (no bags to get tips from-so why help) confusion abounded for rental car shuttle pick up and no organization/lines made it frustrating. No cruise line help outside terminal. Terminal was clean and nice. New Terminal B being constructed. Arrival process, security screening and assistance through getting on board ship was easy and smooth 10 min total.

Great port. Easy to get in and out. Construction going on but did not bother us. Cruised with NCL transatlantic.

This port can be quite congested with a long line going through security but that's expected. The staff were pretty informative and did pretty okay with the influx of passengers. My only complaint is that there was a clear indication as to where I could get a wheelchair for my grandmother. The porters did a decent job with the organization of the luggage and were very friendly and helpful.

The Union Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! That's the best part. Crazy busy place with people leaving the previous cruise and people getting on the new one. Bring your patience and be observant and you will do just fine! Also great views from the ship.
