Great communication & timing. Crystal Coast Pools came within two days to measure my pool & ordered a custom made mesh cover of my choice! Not even two weeks later, here we are enjoying our new cover, freshly installed with its 15 years warranty! Very happy with their service, don’t hesitate to hire! Great service/quality price. Happy to keep our baby safe & the pool clean.

I was thoroughly impressed with the guys from Crystal Coast Pools. I had an open line of communication through the entire process. We had a liner replaced in a pool that had not been used in many years. They came in and drained, dealt with the debris and gunk from over the year, patches and repaired and installed the new liner in one day. Price was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a pool worked on or installed.
I am so glad i chose this company.. The owner and his staff have been so amazing throughout this process. I csnt wait for my pool to be completed,will post photos soon. Thank you again for making me a priority
These guys installed a 36,000 gallon pool in Jville and were super easy to work with. I love that they only do one pool at a time, so once they start you don’t wait 6 months for them to finish. They start a pool, finish a pool, then move to the next on the list. I did a no decorative rim design and he had no problem accommodating. He also came back to help me with questions well after the pool install. Excellent work.
We've called twice, including today (3/26/2020) just trying to get someone to look at the property, tell us if an inground pool is possible and give an idea what it would cost. The guy who answered the phone gave a stack of excuses why he didn't think they could come out. I live just off HWY 17, prior to Maysville, among other excuses he isnt sure his crews will go that far? 8 miles from Jacksonville? Apparently the pool business is booming and another job is not required. Nonetheless we found another company. They'll be here monday.
