We had a broken air conditioner on our 2018 Jayco Seneca. Kirk and his staff quickly diagnosed, took care of warranty request and had us back on the road in a day. He called us twice to keep us posted on timing since we were in motel. Kirk and his staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.
