I ordered a poster from this online store with dimensions 16x24 inches as a gift for a friend. The poster was 34 with 2 tax and 10. When I received a poster the size of a wall (literally) and complained, the company offered me a 15% discount to keep the incorrect poster or the option to return the poster and received a refund. After receiving the shipping label and returning the poster, I asked when I would receive my refund. My email went unanswered for weeks. When I asked again, silence again. After reaching out again, I was issued a refund of 34, and not the cost of sales tax or shipping. As it was this company's error, they are responsible for those costs. When asking when I would receive the rest of my refund or if this was a scam, this company sent me an email on Christmas Eve calling me disrespectful and uneducated and banning me from their website. If you want to be treated with respect, I don't recommend doing business with this company or ordering products from this website. I hope 2021 brings them kindness and peace.

I order every other month and the products arrive in one piece and packaged very carefully. They also charge one delivery fee for the whole shipment. I feel the prices are very good for the convenience and selection. Everything I have ordered is fresh and has tasted wonderfully. I will keep ordering from them.
I ordered some body spray and cologne, and it was all wrapped and packaged so carefully. It looks like they even took the caps off to double seal the openings so they wouldn’t burst open in transit. Shipping was pretty fast too, even with COVID-19. Thanks, I’ll be back!
Everything arrived good but items are overpriced. We have been in Florida a couple time and things are not expensive as they are online. Chorizo is way too small for the price!
It’s the second time I order from Kansas. I received three boxes with the items in individual little boxes or wrapped in paper and secured envelopes... They did a great job packing each item for protection, even soda cans arrived in one piece and only the lid of a cologne bottle was broken, due probably to the handling on it’s way. I missed an item and before I opened my packages the refund was already made without my knowledge. I highly recommend this store, specially if you live out of Florida and latin markets products are rare to find. Thank you for everything...

Insanely over-priced. Cuban coffee of any brand is around 2.50 for a 10 ounce pack, but Cuban Food Market sells them way higher and the postage is also genourously overpriced too.
