I lived here for 3 years and I enjoyed my stay my neighbors were friendly and looked out for each other as far as the Management and maintenance excellent customer service Stacy and Danielle stayed on top of things in a timely manner and maintenance handled her their business always. I would’ve still be here but my family is growing.

The location I lived in was nice , one bed room apartment. Staff very nice and friendly, I did have hard time every now and than getting someone to answer the phone when I had issues tho . some of the residents around me were slightly rude. Always blocked the breeze way when I would leave so their constantly in the way. Also I don’t know who it was that lived above me but sounded like they were having a wrestling match every night. I’ve called and complained but I don’t know if anything was ever done because they were still loud.. Walls are very thin. I could hear when my neighbor goes to the bathroom.... maintenance was TERRIBLE when i first moved in. The guy was scared of my dog so it took me two months to even get a new dishwasher!! It did improve later on tho. I just had the one bad maintenance experience No Actually two. But the new maintenance guy was very nice and fixed my issues same day or next day. Speed bumps are awful and there are so many of them! Only thing I would improve is the location of the dumpster for people in townhouse or one bedroom! To only have one is crazy. Overall it’s a nice apartment for people looking for their first apartment . 4 stars only do to the maintenance issues I’ve had , & the disliking of the speed bumps & dumpster location. Also my dog died here because some a**hole spilt antifreeze in the parking lot.

The leasing staff in the office was very helpful in letting me know what a tax credit property was. I was clueless and she was very helpful and very nice.

I love my little apartment ! I rarely have any problems in the building I’m in it’s pretty peaceful. I’ve only had one problem and that was when I first moved in I got a noise complaint from my rude neighbor about my 3yr old and 2yr old being “too loud” BUT anyways that situation was handled very well by Danielle! I love her she’s very understanding and does everything she can do to fix any problems anyone has! Just don’t like that the rent went up !!! But I’ve read many reviews and still decided to move in and give it a try and it’s been awesome so far I guess it just depends on the building you’re in \u200d️ I’m at PEACE in my building!

I love this place! The maintenance supervisor Nelson is so nice and professional. The leasing manager Danielle took care of everything I needed her to without hesitation! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place!
