It's only been a month since I moved into The Manor Apartments, and I want to acknowledge the high sense of service that the leasing office and the maintenance team offer to the residents. After having submitted several tickets and having resolved them in record time, they have shown a high sense of commitment, making our stay more pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately that is my first time writing a negative review to anyone or any service i get. Cockroaches are every where since day 1 at the apartment even after they spray the apartment never helped,needed to throw away food,dishes need to be wash everytime you want to use them, main door to the building dosent work open to who ever want to get in, delivery boxes getting lost, pay \cheap\ get cheap,wouldnt recommend for more than a short term living.

I'm confused. How is your apartments cheap at all? And the idea of having roaches? Unfit. A lot more needs to be done without increasing the already expensive rent. And I don't even live there.. Just shopping around.
