Don Ross

Cannot get leasing info, no one is ever in office and I cannot get a return phone call. I am trying to extend a lease but now I wonder. Follow up - I am now trying again to renew and Denae will not call me back. All I can do is go somewhere else. I have written the management company (Rose Community Management,) in hopes that this may motivate Denae to take a couple of minutes to call a customer.

The worst place ive ever lived.Nothing but Tweakers now.The place is infested with bed bugs & they've done nothing about it still letting people move in.People have died in the building recently& the residents were never notified.The Elevator is constantly breaking down actually falling from the 3rd floor to the basement with People Stuck inside still. Multiple vehicles have been stolen & when the office was asked for security footage they claimed the cameras dont work.They also have a Very High pitched alarm in every single apartment that often goes off early in the morning or through the day.They last up to 30 minutes of loud noise.The halls smell of chemicals like drugs.Not to mention the cops,fire department & ambulance is here at least 4 times a week.& people who live in their cars also camp in the parking lots.The hallways always stink like its dirty.The walls are paper thin.At one point people were even getting robbed in the hallways at knife point.Everyone props the front doors open to let everyone else in.You pay for parking just for the garage door to be stuck a majority of the time.

Was apartment hunting and came across this property. I spoke to a young lady on the phone by the name of Danay. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with if there was more staff like Danay I think I wouldn’t mind calling that place home. Thank you Danay for the great customer service.

I called and had appt for virtual tour I was told to download app DUO which i did... The day appt. No one call me so i called and the lady said \oh yes will contact you in 15 mins\ Still waiting 2 months later

Was very excited to look at leasing from this property. I called to get information. The woman who answered was friendly but had to leave for a meeting and told me that someone would call me back in a couple of minutes. It has been several days and none of my calls have been returned. I am very disappointed in how this has been handled. I know that things are busy, but I would have expected something to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about me.
