Huh, pay attention! I'm not interested. Ugh, the same lame passive aggresive generic template response really? I've contacted you in the past and nothing has improved. Are you referring to your suggestion from last month to pack up all my belongings and move in the middle of a Global Pandemic? Not going to happen. Are you certain, you'd like me to contact the office? Think about it. Did you get the email I sent this a.m.? Because I still haven't heard from you or the Leasing office. You had asked me to let you know of any new issues about the noise at all hours of the night from the apt. Above? That I had to call the non-emergency phone number for Arlington County a 2nd time about the disturbance from apt. Above? Also, the Police officer recommended the same to contact the office. Now what?

I can no longer hold the frustration with this apartment building that I've experienced. Let's begin at the top Resident Manager is non-existent, present in name only and does not reply to email inquiries. Maintenance is on point and reliable. The current residents do not obey and follow the terms of the lease. For instance, constant cigarette, hookah, and the aroma of Marijuana smoke as you enter the elevator's at any given time. Refer to pictures they tell the whole story. Entry doors propped open by lazy people waiting for their visitors to arrive. Controlled access is a joke. I've been asked on more than 1 occasion by a stranger to use my key fob in the elevator. Their's always people just hanging out in front, garage, and other nearby areas. Do your homework, dont be fooled by false reviews that refer to this community in a positive light. Car parked for months in garage with no tags or CH parking sticker.

If you're looking for an apartment , Columbia hills is a place you should consider. I have been a resident here for over 1 year and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is genuinely interested in providing you with excellent, friendly service . The rent is very reasonable . The office staff are accommodating and friendly as well as competent; and the maintenance staff quick to respond to requests. In short, it is an outstanding facility. Safety is really what I love about my apartment no one can come up or open any door if you don’t have a key..this great place for families

I absolutely love this place! They were so patient and answered all of my questions from the initial tour to signing my lease. They really made me feel welcomed and secure. Because of my amazing experience, my friends have decided to move here as well! I can’t wait to move in!

- Clean - Affordable - Great resources available - Any maintenance requests are always solved quickly - Great Neighbors The only downfall is the new office manager is very condescending and unwelcoming. He will interrupt you in the middle of your sentence and contradict everything you say. It’s almost like your bothering him when asking for clarification of things or help with anything. A friend of mine and myself came in personally a few months back and worked with the previous manager and another leasing agent to get us transferred to a two bedroom. Filled out all documents and turned income forms in. We were approved for the transfer and were told that it would be available in February. Never heard anything, then somehow they lost ALL my forms and so that never happened. I filled out a notice to vacate end of February and they lost that as well. I was told if I filled it out it “should have been in the system”. So it’s my fault? Being kind and just a little understanding goes a long way. The only reason I’m leaving is because I need a bigger place.
