We're quite happy here. The staff have always been attentive and prompt to address any issues. The complex is situated in a walkable residential area, right up against Malvern Hills Park. There are a variety of folks living here -- families with kids, college-aged folks, younger professionals. The buildings are certainly older than some of the newer apartments in town but they are well-cared for with recent renovations. Applying, signing the lease, and moving in were all easy.
