Nice apartments but once you're moved in they are impossible to reach. I called the day I moved in that there were no smoke alarms in the apartment and I was assured they would send someone to install one. In two weeks no sign of maintenance anywhere.

I am happy with my apartment here for almost a year now. We only had one maintenance issue which was resolved quickly and efficiently. The rents are not bad for the location, and everything we need is right here. Pets are allowed but they do have breed restrictions for some dogs like Rottweilers. I’m on the Birch Hill side and noise is never really an issue, just hear stuff like kids playing outside and our upstairs neighbors footsteps sometimes. It’s a good place to live and can’t really beat the price here in Farmington.

I have lived at Summit & Birch Hill for about 8 months now and already have renewed my lease. It’s a great place to live and has a good location! The apartments are huge and open. They are nicely renovated and are very up to date. I love the balcony off of the living room and the large window in the very spacious bedroom! It’s nice to have a good amount of closet space. My dog loves the apartment as well! It is an easy location to get my dog out and even has a dog park. The staff has always been friendly and very responsive. Free heat and hot water along with extra storage is also a huge plus! Living in snowy, cold New England it is a huge benefit to be able to have my car covered in the car port! This is not easy to find in many apartments and is awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Updated unit which is nice also has hardwood floors. Nice balcony off giant living room. Free heat and hot water are a huge plus. Management is very helpful. Extra storage space and a highly underrated covered parking spot as well. Complex is quiet with a tight nit community feel as well.

Absolutely love living here. We moved here with the intention of staying for a few months while we searched for a house, because they offer short term leases, however we opted to stay longer. Staff is super helpful, maintenance is quick to fix your issues, and the property is well maintained. Neighbors are great too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
