Lived here for over 2 years. Nice apartment with 2 BR, 2 Bath. Beautiful wooded area where deer, turkeys and hummingbirds live. Beautiful view off our porch. Quiet and peaceful!! Leaving only because of family situation. We leave with mixed emotions!! Staff people are all helpful and we have no complaints.

We stayed in Spruce Creek for two years and it was best apartment we’ve ever rented. Very spacious and located in a quiet area. The walking closets are huge in the in room laundry was so convenient. I think each unit is updated a little bit differently and we loved all of the different floor plan options. We had a two bedroom two bath which was plenty of room. If we didn’t end up buying a house we would probably still be there!

These are great apartments. They are older but well maintained and very Quiet! The staff is excellent. Just a few minor repairs and they were done within 24 hours. The setting is great! Lots of wildlife. Deer and turkey walk right up to your deck. Nice mix of young professionals and seniors.

Nice apartments, nice neighbors. Apartments are old but great. Keep an eye out for deer and other animals; they seem to wander around the roads and backyards.
