Have been a resident at Pleasure Bay Apartments for about 16 months now. My studio apartment is very spacious with tons of closet space. Requested two maintenance requests during my time here and my concerns were addressed almost immediately. New laundry rooms where you can track if there are open machines and when your laundry is done. I always find parking in my lot, even when coming home late. Haven't had the chance to use a lot of the amenities this year, but hoping to this summer. It's a nice place and great location.

Great place to live! My fiance and I have been living here for almost 01 year. The great amenities, spacious floor plans, and location are all amazing. And I have no words to praise the professional staff at Pleasure Bay. Thanks to the management and maintenance team members. They are always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend living here! horrible service here, the president of the united state clearly stated no late fees or evictions. They are trying to give late fees to residents that are in middle of a crisis. Calling the office is a waste of time nothing ever gets solve it takes weeks just to get a resolved, with you calling all the time. I called the office to tell them about the fee and got a response of that she thinks they just started it. Pleasure bay is not the same no more most employees here dont care. No one here knows what they can do to resolve your problem im just tired of it all.

The staff is great to work with. When you have an issue they are on top of it in a timely manner. Price could be a touch lower but the location is perfect.

We have lived at Pleasure Bay for about 7 years now and I have to say it's the best community residence living ever! We have met so many neighbors who enjoy it as much as us! The great amenities, spacious apartments, and location are all wonderful attributes of Pleasure Bay, but most importantly, the friendly and professional staff, Angela and Ricardo make it a \pleasure\ to live here!
