We have been working with Erin Martin at Dave Jones Realty. She has been wonderful to work with in this crazy market. As soon as a home comes on the market she is calling me to update something new in my area has been listed and is willing to fit us in her schedule day or night for showings. Her knowledge and professionalism has made our company a client of hers for life.

I have bought multiple homes with Dave Jones Realty in 2020. I am an investor and they have made the process so easy and stress free for me. Their professionalism blows away any other realtor and real estate company I have ever worked with . Erin was genuine and willing to go above and beyond to help me find the right homes and get through the necessary steps to close on time. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my real estate ventures.

I completely agree with the above post. I have actually dealt with that exact realtor and she was nothing but sneaky and pushy and lied her way through an escalation clause, in attempts to get MORE money out of my offer. She even contacted my lender in hopes of getting more information about my finances, to the point where the lender told her that she is not allowed to give any more information. She started out with a lie stating there was a higher offer than mine, and then suddenly there wasn’t a higher offer! It was amazing to see the lies this woman came up with. At one point, she was telling even saying that she doesn’t remember what we had been negotiating ALL NIGHT. It was probably because she was enjoying her long weekend a little too much (as evidenced by what we heard in the background of every single phone call she made to us). She didn’t even know how to handle the offer on her own (which was very evident by the lies) and had to the call owner of the agency (who was NO better). It is funny how the owner responded in a prior review stating he would welcome a phone call because when I called him in regards to the lack of professionalism by his realtor, he never responded! We are all well aware of the market, but that doesn’t mean you take advantage of buyers. I would never recommend anyone to work with Dave Jones as they are unethical, unprofessional, sneaky and greedy.

Was referred to Marsha through Zillow. We set up an appointment to look at a house - not only did she not show up but she texted me 5 minutes after our scheduled time to tell me the house was not available... That's all - no call no follow up... NOTHING...Didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. Very unprofessional...

I spoke with on of the realtors named Erin who was selling a house in Prospect CT. I told her I am moving from New York and am looking in the Prospect part of the state. She told me that the house I was inquiring about was currently under contract. That should have been the end of the conversation, but it wasn't. The next thing she said made me very uncomfortable. She told me “but you never know what might happen; I can put you on the list.” What type of loyalty do you have to your client if you have formed a 'list' of options that you have to fall back on? She then went on to say that I would be third on the ‘list.’ Other realtors I know, who I have worked with when selling my two houses in New York, were 100% committed to ME. They were not leading other buyers on stating that my houses may fall through. When I told her that I wasn’t interested in being on a list and that I needed to move ASAP, she became extremely pushy and told me she has a house that will be on the market soon in Bethel. Bethel? I just told her that I was looking to get away from New York. She is pushy and sneaky.
