Spent over 500 for this yearly plan that doesn't even let you use it for six months. Never received any kind of card or correspondence. Very poor performance. Will not recommend.

I could write an essay describing the unbelievable struggle as per communicating with this organization. It's impossible to speak with a human or reach them via the web. You got a better chance of speaking with someone on the dark side of the moon. SMH

The absolute worst customer service ever!!!!! It is extremely hard to get connected to a representive as all of the numbers listed for this company takes you through auto services only!!!! Enrolled for their dental insurance a few weeks ago and I'm already regretting it. This IS PATHETIC, I STILL HAVEN'T SPOKEN TO ANYONE YET!!!!!
