I have been going to the Richland Washington office for a year now. My cleanings and a refill have all been excellent. I highly recommend them!

Avoid like the plague. They promise you all these benefits but it when it's time to act they don't show. Also their cancellation process is shady. They say it takes 3-5 business days to cancel a policy yet it's been well over a month for me.

Our dentist was closed for Covid for 2 months. When we felt safe to get our teeth cleaned we did; (we are both over 70 yo.) When we wanted to get our next cleaning for the year, we were told it wouldn't be covered bec it has to be 180 days from the last cleaning, and that would have put it after the policy expired. They would not BUDGE FROM THIS POSITION, in time of a pandemic. Poor public relations, I'd say.

This company doesn't even deserve the single star I am forced to give. I very rarely use my dental plan. When I needed to actually use it, per-authorization gets denied. Despite the fact I can't chew with the left side of my mouth. Despite me calling and explaining this, all I get is some monotone response. I spoke to a young lady who might as well have been a robot reading a script. THIS is why insurance companies are hated, when people need you, you simply laugh and give them the finger.

Do not sign-up! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in 4 years because I was without insurance. I recently acquired it through my job and carefully followed the process online & went to an in-network dentist due to pain. I was excited to finally go. I went to two appts, one month apart, and paid 100 at my dentist office - thinking I was done. I received a call 2 weeks later (6 weeks after 1st appointment) saying they wouldn’t cover anything, because I hadn’t gone to my “assigned” dentist. While following the process online, nowhere did my “assigned” dentist show up - no email. Apparently it was a notification via mail. Customer service was no help. Had I known I wasn’t going to the correct dentist after the first appointment, I would have accepted the mistake and I wouldn’t have gone to the second, very expensive appointment, one month later. They have no flexibility and are uninterested in helping patients know their benefits. I have never felt so scammed. Now I have a 900 bill during COVID. I will be changing my insurance as soon as I can and advising all of my educator friends to do the same.
