With opening now with CDC recommending wearing face masks, especially in public, I renewed my registrations and there were 13 people in office, at desks and behind counter , and a group of 4-5 girl's closely together doing nothing but talking among themselves, and NOT 1 worker had a mask on! On the door it says only the person making a transaction could go in, yet a woman and her kids, and another man came in all at once and not one of them had on any masks. Very pathetic for not adhering to CHC advice!

The first woman I spoke with was rude and hateful. I asked what I needed to change address on my registrations and license. She said I needed to go around to other end for drivers license. I asked you don’t know what I will need. She said she did but I needed someone else to tell me. So I went there and they told me I needed to do registration first. So I had to go back to Alma. Hateful and rude again. I asked to talk to her supervisor and was told she wasn’t there. I asked who was in charge and she pointed to nothing twice. She told me to go away. Then stared at me with a smirky grin. Well I got her name and will call Ms Hill since she wasn’t there. Everyone else was super helpful and nice. Of course Alma the rude one is the one you talk to is at the 1st computer. I have never had any issues with anyone ever in the tax office. Until today. She was extremely rude and nasty. I hope no one has to ever have an experience like this when they go there. This woman should be fired.
