I accidentally ordered the wrong coil for my model of detector. I contacted them and they were able to correct my mistake with ease and was also very understanding and polite. I will absolutely be buying from them again because they are good people and because of their great customer service- that’s very hard to find these days. Love all of you there and the pride you have in your company standard.

I have dealt with Detector Electronics Corp on several occasions (Moe/Daniel/James) and I can honestly state that they will treat you fairly and professionally and provide very courteous customer service. They are also a warranty depot for the detector I use and they have been excellent at taking care of my warrantable repairs. If you are not sure about something, give them a call, they are more than happy to help you find what meets your needs.
Truth be told, I was extremely excited about driving to their location to pick up my new AT Pro and Lesche but was met with a super small lackluster product area that had me questioning if I should abandon the order and try a different place. Convenience won out and I completed my transaction with a helpful yet non-customer facing type employee who seemed to want to finish their computer work than my sales request. Not a bad experience, but not a good one either. I will shop online for all future metal detecting equipment from a competitor.
Very very bad experience with this family business...I ordered a metal detector from this company is been almost 2 weeks and still no tracking number (back up order is mean they don't have it)...I canceled my order now I have to wait for refund don't know if I'm going to get it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from metal detector. Com they been doing that to a lot people
They were helpful in getting my XP Deus remote's cracked screen fixed. Very fortunate to his this store so close by!
