Beware on Saturdays they CLOSE at 3PM. We were not told when we booked this as we have used this place many times but never picked up on Saturdays!!! I actually thought to have my husband look online and make sure they were open till 5. They were not. So I immediately made a phone call and told them I would be a few minutes late because I didn’t realize pickup was at 3. I got there at 3:15. This business is closed in Sunday’s. So I wouldn’t have been able to get him then either. It would have been a two more night stay. I was charged a 20 late fee. There were NO courtesy calls made to even indicate that they were closed at 3. You would think they would have thought to call and see when we were going to get our dog because they Were AWARE pick up was on SATURDAY. I would not recommend this place. Or if you do please pay attention to days/times!
We came to take our dog out for the day twice during a week's stay and she was all sticky both times. Toilet training had to start over after her stay.
Very small kennels. Not veryt clean.
