Our Technician Bill was onsite on Saturday morning. He walked me through the whole process and what he was seeing and testing with our furnace. Explained in detail the issues and worked through scenario's to fix. Provided me with a thorough exam and costing for fixes. Due to the extensive damage we decided to purchase a new unit. Bill was courteous and professional and fantastic to work with

Work was good but pricey. 950 for an hour of work 200 part. Will be looking elsewhere next time. **Edit after response form company- will bump to 4 stars as they did what they promised at agreed upon price. Just seems pricey after looking around.
