Called the office and clearly explained all I needed was an income and expense declaration filed and the person on the phone told me I would need to find someone else because I would need to fill it out myself and drive down to their office to meet. I have no problem meeting to prepare paperwork or filling out forms. I just found it to be poor customer service to tell me I need to find someone else. If I ask a paralegal service do they file the document with the court clerks office and serve the opposing party. Based on my initial contact with the company I found nothing E-Z about it and would not refer to anyone in a similar situation as myself.
