We were lucky enough to spend the week of Thanksgiving at The Captain Morse House on Martha's Vineyard in 2016! We had a family of 14 stay at the home and it was absolutely, perfect. We were within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and everything the island had to offer. Even though it was the \off\ season in November, we loved it. Being from the Midwest, we were able to capture the cooler/more wet of the Fall season!!

This was where my extended family stayed during my daughter's wedding. It was home base for the week. PERFECT. Wedding was blocks away at the Harbor View Hotel. Stunning rooms. Beautiful porch. Backyard was great. Plenty of bathrooms and close to water shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to book again.

The Captain Morse House is a beautiful, historic home that couldn’t be more conveniently located to downtown Edgartown and the Lighthouse beach. The house has tons of character and lots of rooms to accommodate a large group. Beautiful yard with room for kids to play. Can’t wait to return!

Captain Morse House served as a great homebase for our group during a recent wedding in MVY. The house had everything we needed and Platt was very detailed and attentive ensuring a smooth stay. Would recommend!

What a lovely home. Our group had an absolutely amazing time. The Captain Morse House had all of the amenities that we wanted, and it was centrally located in the best section of Edgartown. We would certainly stay there again.
