Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answered all my questions regarding snowboarding and places to go. Great prices. They even helped me to set up bindings to my boards and also helped me to pick up the right snowboard boots that fit perfectly to my feet. I would have made a big mistake if I had bought them online. I highly recommend EDGE OF THE WORLD to everyone looking for outdoors adventures. I definitely will come back for future purchases. Thank you very much Adam and other team members!

Excellent Staff! I stopped by Feb 14th Around 1:45 PM. I wish i would have asked the names of the 2 guys that helped me. These awesome gentlemen were able to magically supply a part of an older binding. Out of thin air! I wasn't even a customer yet. These guys went above and beyond. If you need equipment or anything in this area, come to this shop first. Thank you to the owner for keeping things in the back, He's always prepared!!!! Someone taught these guys customer service and it shows. I am now a Loyal Customer of EDGE of the WORLD and you should be too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a bit of a mishap that caused a lot of stress I'm sure on both parties part when I brought my board in for a tune up. Some lack of proper communication on their part and lack of observation on my part led to a very unexpected exchange but I'm very happy with the demeanor that the staff handled themselves with through it. Turned out to not be at the fault of anyone but one of those universal glitches type of thing. The professionalism even through me thinking that they had done me wrong and I'm sure them also wondering how we were so out of sync is worth my return business for sure. A few nights before that I had the pleasure of working with a few of the employees to get me set up for learning and it was a very pleasant experience all around. Thank you again guys for treating me with care through our miscommunication and I look forward to visiting again next year.

Awesome staff, super helpful. I was late returning a demo (rental) board and I called and the manager stayed over an hour after close to wait for me. Also had them pick out a curve ball board for me to try out and It turned out to be a fantastic suggestion and I'm going to purchase one.

Been stopping by this shop for 10yrs. They have a lil bit of everything. In the past they have always been sooo attentive and helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the other day I visited I can't say the same. Everyone's been affected by covid but this shouldn't affect customer service... They will help ya pick gear and they know their stuff. You can even rent demo boards. They've helped me setup my board in the past too. Most of their stuff is pretty good quality.
