First they sent me an offer for my car. I thought the offer was fair, but when I called to accept it, they reduced the offer by 120 dollars. I still accepted and they sent me a text with the number to the yard and told me someone would be calling me to confirm the date and time of pickup. No one ever called. I had to call them to confirm the date They confirmed that they would be there so I took the day off of work to be home for them. No one showed up or called. I lost 200 dollars by staying home from work for nothing. The next day while I am at work, the truck driver texts me that he’s at my house. I explained that they were supposed to be there the previous day and I was at work and he got an attitude with me as if it was my fault. Someone from the office called me later that day and said that since I wasn’t available that they had to reschedule. Again as if I was the problem. I explained to her that I was available on the day the pickup was scheduled and that they didn’t show up. Never once was I offered a simple apology for the mixup. So we rescheduled the pickup. I explained that I could not take off another day of work so it would have to be after 245 pm. She assured me that the driver would not be there until after 245. So at 1 o’clock the driver calls me and is at my house. I told him that I was at work and they said he would be there after 245. They had not notified him of that at all. He was nice enough to wait for almost two hours for me to get home which he shouldn’t have had to do. Other than the driver, everything from start to finish was a nightmare. Wouldn’t do business with this company again if they paid me to.

I tried to get a quote on their website, but the webpage would freeze up halfway through the process so I eventually had to give my information over the phone to someone with a strong accent. They did not collect the car on the scheduled day, and did not even call to let me know they weren't coming. The next day, I call to ask what's going on, and get hung up on. Call back and am told that I had been rescheduled for that day, and that they are open until 5:00. Then I get a call at 5:05 only to find out that the truck driver has the wrong kind of truck to get my car from my garage. The third day, they finally manage to take my car, but the driver didn't pay me, so I had to call again to have a check mailed. I did eventually get paid for my car, but it was not nearly as simple or quick as I had hoped for.
I am in rum to pick a vehicle up and explains them I am running a little bit late they will not have somebody wait for me pass 5:00 p.m. that's going to cause me to have to wait until the phone business day to pick up this vehicle what a big engine means this is
No issues easy to deal with knowledgeable. Would use them agian picked up in time frame. Happy with the way it turned out
Totaled my car and the gentlemen paid me 200 bucks for it. Unfortunately I still had to pay an extra 100 to be able to release the car to them thanks to the tow yard. Only wish they had more time available so I didn’t have to pay an extra 40 bucks to release my old girl...
All was good, got a check that day
Everything went well, no problems.
