Working with Mrs sherry Mccarty was a great experience. Buying my first home was really scary but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay and even worked with the bank to get me the lowest interest rate possible! If you plan on buying a home anytime soon I definitely recommend asking for her!

If your looking to purchase a home from here you will have to be a REAL patients person. getting them to fix anything or put a work order in is like pulling teeth. The sales reps are nice but once you have to deal with Tammy it all goes down hill from there. Never calls back and tells you a different story everytime.

Our 2nd home from them. Bpought a single trailer in 2008 and they treated us good. some service issues came up and they did have the things fixed like they said. They worked with us on trading in on a doublewide. so far so good. Those guys worked their butts off getting the home on site. Alot of new faces at the office. everyone was nice. We moving in this week and the whole fam is excited. yes i would suggest buying from evangeline. we didnt have no problems 2 times.

My daughter bought a mobile home here. When delivered, they ran it under tree limbs, damaging the roof. Shingles were ripped off the roof and just left off where they fell. They were notified and sent a worker to put tar roof pitch in numerous places where shingles were damaged. To this day it’s all they have done. There are nails visible in 4 or 5 places, some in the middle of shingles, some in the seams. They have done next to nothing to help this situation.
