I live in Pioneer Mobile Home Court, and truly love it. The lot rent is reasonable, and the neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. The owners take pride in the park, and have high expectations for the residents in terms of cleanliness and noise level. The neighborhood landscape is beautiful, and you're just far enough away from the noise of town that it's a peaceful place to live.

When I started looking for a manufacturer home, I found out pretty fast, quality is some times hard to find! Once I saw the Franklin home, I stopped looking. After weeks of research, I ended up purchasing a 2019 Franklin! Very happy with it!! Working with the Staff at Pioneer was a huge plus!! Real people, who really care!!

I went to their office to see someone about their new Tiny Homes that they are offering. The staff was friendly. They answered my questions and when they didn't have the answer, they called someone right then, to get it answered. They unlocked the home and allowed me to see it.
