Let's play with dolls

Just tried to print labels here and had a horrible experience. I asked for clarification before trying to print them at by myself at the computers in the back, and printed out the wrong thing according to their directions. Then, went to front desk and the person didn't really know what they were doing. I'll take my business to another FedEx with a better selection of label inventory and more knowledge of how to actually print.

FedEx, you really have to do better with your customer service. The manager and the staff really should value others time. They should want to help their customers. I stood in the store an hour and still couldn’t get help with your malfunctioning print machine after asking for help multiple times

1st of today is February 6/2021 and i have been calling them. Back to back for 45 min They are very slow. And all my package when i order. Shipment come out of this store my packages never on time. It always be much later then when they say it would be delivered you pay for a service that you don't get from them but yet they charge you for it today i was told my package was delivered from them at my door it should have been delivered from 9th to 12th ok it came early for once but that's ok I'm at home because I'm look out for another package from Amazon there was never a package from fed Ex at my door so i am calling and calling them because maybe they drop it at the wrong address phone ringing there as of yet to get any one to pick up the phone i go into that store and i have watch them pick up the phone while waiting on other customers so there is no excuse for this kind of service if you pay for a service then you get it if you went in to that store and picked up something and not pay for it there will be quick action so i want the same i paid to much money for that package to not get it and nobody giving you answers i have not met one person that had something good to say about Fed Ex or this store and that's bad for Business Fed Ex. You need new driver as well and i want my package Thank You

I love this store it is always clean they work fast the staff has grate customer service, they are helpful to anything you need help with on the machine, to cutting anything or just helping you laminate anything. I been coming to this center for 4 years and I never not once had a bad experience. I just was there Last Monday to mail my daughter off a package who’s in the Army there price was great, the line was out the door because of the Covid-19 and only 7 people could come in the store at one time, which was great, the line was moving, the manager was all smiles, extremely helpful, and got to everyone at a timely fashion. He was outside with the delivery guy for FED-X to help a young lady look for her package and he still came back in smiling, cheerful, and attractive towards everyone and got us out quickly. The other two employees where just as fast and helpful. The Store was clean, organized, and there System they in place was very functional. I think this STORE SHOULD GET MORE STARTS THAN THIS. People need to write GOOD REVIEWS AS WELLS AS BAD ONES HOWEVER, I never had a Bad day at this store or a rude employee. Thank you FED-X team y’all keep up the GOOD WORK AND STAY SAFE. I appreciate all y’all do.

WORST SERVICE EVER. During a pandemic, you would think people were more professional but not this place. I had a package delivered that’s worth over 1,000 and the woman working rushed me through my process & now my package is in another state and I’m filling a claim. Atlanta (especially African Americans) we GOTTA do better and make a name for ourselves. Stop the unprofessionalism.

The WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend anyone use this place or services. My package was to be delivered to my home and I WAS HOME WAITING on my package and received a text five minutes before 8:00 pm when my package was to arrive to my home and the text message read that I MISSED THE CARRIER..., how do miss something when your home waiting on it?!?!?!?!?????? I then text back and called the nearest office and STILL got no help!!!!! NEVER AGAIN,, terrible ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!! Unprofessional is an UNDERSTATEMENT.
