I went in to make copies and mail out important documents to the courts. I was greeted promptly by Caren, a friendly team member, who helped guide me on how to make copies, brought me a staple remover without me asking, offered assistance very kindly, and was so patient with me even when I seemed flustered. She also helped me mail out the paperwork and set me up for a FedEx account so I can ship future items. I was so appreciative of her patience, kindness, attentiveness, and overall EXCELLENT customer service. Because of Caren, I will be back to use this specific FedEx for my future shipping needs. Although out of my way, I will come back for her sweet disposition and caring attitude. There was also another team member whom I didn't see her name but was next to Caren who was very patient with the man who had an expensive drone to ship out. She took the time to bubble wrap it, explain the process, and let customers waiting in line know that she would help them promptly. What an excellent team you have at the Avondale FedEx! Way to go!

Good service here and good crew. The UPS Store in Laveen is about five minutes away from me but I drive out to this FedEx Office location for better service. And I get in and out faster when I got to copy and scan documents.

Awful service. The store manager tried to sell me a 22 box to ship out a package, even though the premium label I was provided warranted the necessary box. Went to a different location and got the issue at hand taken care of without any problems.

My name is Araceli Salazar I am very disappointed with this store some time ago I made a shipment to Las Vegas in which I paid with a card that was already canceled I paid again with another current card 9.65 they gave me the receipt of the cancellation where I did not pass the card And the other receipt where I paid after days they sent me a letter that owed that money because I had not swiped the card and I told them that I paid again with the other one that had the two receipts they ignored me and They sent me to collection now they give me a lot of turns and they tell me to talk to customer service and customer service does not give me a solution they sent me to collection that is their better solution what a bad service if they do not fix my case I will have to get a lawyer them !! !!

Another FedEx that doesn't answer the phone. Once these big companies have a near monopoly they just stop trying. I have grown to despise FedEx over the last couple days, I will never ship with the company again, not that they care.
