Today I went to the store and went to make some copies and I totally forgot my passport in one of the computers and I left. When I noticed that I didn’t have with me I called and Paul took my phone call, he helped me found it. He was a totally hero same as Gabrielle, she took care of me while he was busy. Thank you for the service. PS: The staff is always nice, they welcome you when you enter to the store and they are always checking on you.

This is a pretty large office service location. They have what you'd come to exprect from FedEx; shipping and printing services, computers that charge depending on the kinds of programs you need. This place had outstanding service which is really all I'm looking for.

Horrible customer service. Went to this location 3 times and only help got from manager( tall gentleman) the rest of the employees are just waisting payroll. The most rude and unprofessional employees.

Go to any Fedex location, but not this one, they are all doing you a fever they are serving you, Especially the African American girl that works there she screams at old men client, when he ask a question twice. for 20 years I am shipping with fedex in different locations, and it is always good experience, But I dont trust this locations with shipping they are very rude, I wonder who hired that African American girl that's working their, She really gives Fexex a bad name.

Dropped off box and told them I was refusing the package. When I asked if there was a receipt showing I had dropped it off, was told it would send the package back to me and that he just needed to put a bunch of stickers on it. Next day it arrived back to my house

I really enjoy this FedEx they are a little bit expensive but when you need a quick print out or do you need a quick fax or scan they’re definitely able to help I also like that the place is never always too crowded and they have good notebooks for sale as well the staff is very friendly very nice I highly suggest using them if you need any assistance

You really don' t want to go their for dropping FedEx boxes, The employees their are very rude, One day I was waiting their, and their were 2 employee that they didn't see me waiting, they were throwing they boxes, like it's garbage, When I asked her why they are throwing the boxes like that, She answered don't worry it is not your box, I wonder really who hired those people, Non of them are nice, theirs only one young guy their w Iith their care. thing his new, that his nice, I drive now 5 miles more just not to have my boxes
