Great service! Had to share because the staff there helped me with a complicated order I had using the computers and printers there. They were very patient and helped me despite my lack of tech knowledge lol.

Large, spotlessly clean and organized location. Three computers for printing and scanning. Large plotter, good selection of office products. And now, free WiFi. Which is great. Can be tough to spot from highway 70. Enter as if you’re going to Target, them make a quick right.

The guy was using packing tape to fix the pre printed address label and mangled it and left half of it on tape. I had to tell him how to do his job I can't believe that somebody so inept was actually allowed to work at the counter without any supervisor and who the heck train this guy because every other time it's been good service and this was terrible I'm waiting for these legal documents to get lost in the mail and have huge legal issues now because he wouldn't even listen to me I should have just taken the package back and drove up to Bayonne New Jersey an hour and a half away I would have felt safer

I am so heartbroken and upset. I brought my grandmother's china to Fed Ex to be shipped. I packed each box carefully in padded storage cases and bubble wrap. I asked the employee at the counter to please mark each box FRAGILE. He assured me they would. The boxes arrived today and this photo shows what I found inside each box. I immediately called them and spoke to the same person I dealt with last week. When I asked him why the boxes were not marked properly he told me "they ran out of FRAGILE stickers" I find this totally unbelievable and unacceptable. This is the first and last time I ever use FedEx!
