I was given this address by the 26th precinct to get my fingerprints done. The number they gave me, which matches the one on google, is out of service. How am I supposed to contact them?
Great service. I needed photos for a Chinese visa which have unusual requirements. He was very helpful and measured and remeasured to make it was right. He even offers to do them again if there was an issue. He was nice to everyone that day so maybe the other reviews were just a bad day.

Incredibly rude, didn't apparently understand how credit cards work. Ran it once, got declined because he didn't let me enter pin. Told him I needed to enter pin, he still just overrode the request (I watched him do it), so it declined again. Refused to let me pay.
