Their website says to call for appointment, but only 1 person was working in the office and taking fingerprints so they don’t answer consistently. This place can be busy, be prepared but the attendant is efficient and the line moves pretty quickly. I recommend this office as the owner/operator is highly professional.

Loved the staff, would be higher if there was more than one person doing the fingerprints. When you go, make sure you give yourself at least an hour though, this place gets busy very quickly and it can take an hour just to talk to the staff. No direction other than a sign in sheet. I went there at 130, didn't get seen until 245.
