I give this company 5 stars from start to finish! Sharee was amazing as she coordinated the entire project. She was always very pleasant to communicate with. Devon came right to my house with all of the floor samples on hand and was very helpful and patient with me and he helped me decide what would work best for me and my budget. My dog also enjoyed his attention. When the install team showed up they were all very professional and efficient . They helped me turn my ugly basement from drab to Fab!! Now my family and my grandkids have a fun and comfortable space that they can enjoy and hangout in!

I hired Floor Coverings International to replace the majority of flooring in my office with LVP. Erick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made several trips to make sure that the job would be completed with no interruption to our daily office activities (not an easy task). Erick was always on time and detailed throughout both the quoting and install process. The job was completed flawlessly, professionally and on schedule. The crew was very experienced. Erick, Sharee’, Devon, and Dave were fantastic from start to finish! There were two main reasons why we chose Floor Coverings International for our vinyl plank installation: 1) They had great reviews on Google, and 2) A few of our neighbors highly recommended them. There is a reason why their reviews are so high - Floor Coverings International stands out from the others at every point in the customer experience! From the initial phone call with Sharee’ all the way through to the final decision to go with a specific vinyl plank, this team was honest, low-pressure, friendly, and hassle-free. They demonstrated best-in-class expertise in describing all our options and even returned with more samples at our request. The install by Dave was also an excellent experience. Dave is a true craftsman who takes a lot of pride in his work. He was friendly and courteous and took great care of our home while he working on this project. We were grateful that he always wore a mask even though that is challenging when doing physical labor. The final walkthrough with Erick was also exceptional. He looked more closely at the work than we did and noticed a couple minor things he wanted to improve before wrapping up the project. That just doesn’t usually happen! Excellence from beginning to end! We’ve hired out a few projects in recent years and can say that it is rare to have a great experience with any company in the home improvement industry but this was fantastic! We look forward to using Floor Coverings International for our next project and we highly recommend them for anyone in the Grand Rapids area.

Floor Coverings International were so easy and professional to work with. Erick helped with samples, options and pricing (which was very competitive and reasonable). Sharee sent along details, and Dave and Eric were awesome installers. What started out as just new floor in a toy room, turned fitness room, we ended up taking decent carpet and having that seamed for an area rug, updated some other rugs in our entry ways and updated floor in our den and back entryway. Communication was on point and felt very comfortable with the entire process. We highly recommend FCI! Thank you all!
