Ryan’s Flooring really came through for my flooring needs. I was having such a hard time finding the perfect flooring. Aaron and his sales staff were more than patient and helpful through all of my indecisiveness. They helped me find just the right fit for my home! The installers (Rocky and Shawn) did an absolutely amazing job. They were prompt, courteous, always left my space neat and cleaned up when done for the day and did an excellent job with this flooring. I can’t say enough about how talented and professional they were! 10/10 for the entire experience.

SHOP AROUND FOR BETTER PRICES We were replacing floors in our house and spending about 8000 or more to do so. We came here first to get a quote and they didn't give us the price we wanted. We called the manufacturer of the flooring we wanted to get a factory price and it was better and we were going to buy it but decided to shop around at other stores. HOWEVER the sales rep in the area blocked us from every flooring store that carried the flooring we wanted from Indianapolis all the way to Dayton. We weren't allowed to be quoted at anywhere except Ryan's and the other stores would say they aren't allowed to buy that specific flooring from them because the sales rep that works with Ryan's. So after all of this we decided to get different flooring from Richmond Carpet Outlet. They lost out on a great sale because they wanted to block us from shopping around and getting the price we knew we could. This isnt entirely Ryan's fault but their sales rep.
