I wish there was no stars. Don't use this Thomasville location unless you like lies and screwing you over. I had a leak in my transmission they quoted me 900.00 I left the car to be repaired then got a call it would be 1600 to 4000. I ask why they couldn't stay with quote they reply other things needed to be done to fix my transmission. FYI the 09 civic only me cost 5500.I said I will pick up, then they said there would be a diagnostic charge of 112. I said there shouldn't be a charge you didn't do nothing they said they had to pay their technician for his time. I am 100% sure he didn't get 112. Drove straight to a transmission co in Cairo, car in and out for 175. I went to Honda because I thought it was safer. Don't be fooled by a dealership name. I learn a lesson of going there and it cost be 112 for trusting that these people would be honest. You would be a lot safer driving to Tallahassee.

I just left the happiest person ever. I love this dealership and everyone there. Jacob was awesome! Ann was awesome too. Thank you all for my new to me Cadillac XT5. I have to change my post. Lots of stuff wrong with the car. It's going into Spence GMC. Lots of problems. Engine light on. OnStar diagnosis going three things to service immediately. Not happy. This is going to cost me.
