First time buying a vehicle via a internet inquiry and a followup text messages. It was painless, the offer for my trade was right at the price point I wanted, and the new vehicle was a good bargain too. Tina was awesome in her communications with me, providing timely trade-in and purchase prices. When I got to the dealership on the day to pick up my new 2020 Honda Ridgeline, Tina greeted me and we went in and finalized the deal with the required paperwork right away. This was by far the easiest, most straightforward vehicle purchase I have ever completed. The prices didn't change between the messaging prior to arrival at the dealership. I would have been in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes if I hadn't forgotten to remove a credit freeze from my account. As it was I was just over an hour and on my way back home.
