I'm not sure why the ratings are so low, but I've banked here for more than 20 years. I opened accounts for all of my children here. The associates are always nice. Any changes i need to make to my account are immediately taken care of. They don't hassle me with unnecessary calls, junk mail, or crazy banking fees. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

My family has been with them for 40 years, and we have never received this unacceptable service, I told my friends, sons Special forces 3rd group stay away from this bank. This member ship has gone to hell. My son said dad we no they have morens working thier. Sincerely CSM, and do your math CEO who ever you are , you have a problem you have not fixed.

Been here for years and it’s a great bank only problem is that at one point and time they couldn’t give out the coins of a transaction so the coin machine was messed up

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I was told by an employee over the phone that I was”calling to vent and to go ahead because it was the end of her day”. I wouldn’t send my dog to this facility. As an active duty soldier who has done business with this company for the last 7 year I am truly disheartened. I will be taking my complaint further.
