The employee who created our accounts was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and it really left a great first impression. Unfortunately, every single subsequent interaction with the tellers here has been as unpleasant as it was unhelpful. Tellers act as though your very existence is a massive inconvenience and every basic transaction is treated with the scrutiny of a disgruntled TSA worker on a power trip. Take your money elsewhere.

The staff is customer friendly. They are all very aware of who their customers are. They great me by my preferred name. I started with Vanessa at the other branch. When she moved I was a little upset but the move just made me comfortable with visiting both branches. There both AWSOME!!! It's the people that make the bank. I'm not crazy about some of the bank protocols but the customer service is the reason why i have been with them for 17 years.

good credit union, would've given 5 stars, but they're closed by the time most people are getting off work. Very hard to make it there and do business on time. Closed at 5 PM. More convenient for retirees or folks who don't have to work or who work at night. Would be nice to offer extended hours at least ONE day a week.
