I was happy to make a stop here before heading to the four seasons Lanai. Made it easy to book activities and make reservations before heading over. The staff was amazingly friendly and the small snakes they gave were good. Only this that detract from this place is the lack of actual food and no kinda of beer or wine made available. Top notch service
We were greeted immediately and treated like royalty from the second we walked in. Dennis is the epitome of customer service!!!! He was eager to get us refreshments and helped us find a restaurant to suit our desires. The lounge is slightly hidden so I'd call it a hidden treasure for Four Seasons guests. I would also like to add an important distinction, we visiting on our journey home from Lanai, after our money had been spent at the Four Seasons.
Awesome resort - staff is top notch as to be expected from Four Seasons. Very friendly and professional.
