Dr. Francis has been there for me for as long as I can remember, and he's taken such great care of my hearing needs. He has helped me find hearing aids that have been great fits (I am very picky and he's never made me feel rushed), and has always found time for me. I highly recommend him!! Thank you so much!!!!

Amazing really easy to make an appointment online. Got there and their attitudes are positive and contagious! Got me taken care of in like 10 minutes. One of the best experiences ever! Highly recommended by me. 10 out of 10!

Got an appointment almost immediately Was late for it (my fault). Afew questions to answer, and VOILA!!! I was in a chair having some wax removed. Dr. was very gentle . I would highly recommend

There is no office or Dr like Dr Francis. I mean, he REALLY cares about his patients AND he's the best when it comes to fitting hearing aids. I could get fitted for free but I would rather see him every time for every single product or service I need and pay anything he asks.. There again, he's priced extremely fairly if you have to pay out of pocket. When it comes to hearing, that's your life and I trust Dr Francis with all of it. Recommend over and over to anyone with hearing loss no matter how slight or severe.
