Recently moved to the area and new home has a pool. I found a Gallagher Pools receipt in some documents the former owner left me. A few unrelated issues arose with the pool and filter so I reached out to Gallagher. They have been great. They were responsive and informative. The folks that arrived at our home were friendly and took their time to educate us on the work and the system. They have simply been great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I have lived at our home for 38 years, I wish we had gone to Gallagher pools long ago. It has been a very pleasant & professional experience right from the start. Josh did not sell us a pool, instead he advised us on what would be the best for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool education we have gotten from everyone who works for them. Anytime we have called, they were quick to help & advise us. They have great follow up which is very rare these days. We loved the complete pool package and pool startup plans. They helped with what my contacters needed to do on our end before they arrived. It all worked out very smoothly, money well spent. We soon found our quality of life and family time would improve greatly. Thank you again Gallagher pools.

We've worked with another pool store for years and this is the first year we've worked with Gallaher. It has not been a pleasant experience. Communication has been slow. Customer service has been awful. Scheduled a pool school for our new pool on a Thursday. We rearranged our schedule to both be free. I call Thursday morning to find out Josh decided not to put us on the schedule that day, but failed to inform us. Inquired about the new solar cover we were supposed to get with our pool. Was told he would check with the installer. A week later inquired again to be told it isn't there. Asked the installer who said the cover has been sitting there for 2 weeks. They would drop it off soon or we could go pick it up if we wanted it sooner. A month later and we still don't have a solar cover. I would not recommend Gallagher Pools at all. I used Carroll County Pools for 6 years and their customer service has been impeccably better than Gallagher.
Gallagher Pools is very responsive to my questions, fair with their pricing, and on-time! I am very impressed.
