Finally got the opportunity to get into a trailer I fell in love with only to find that it is not made anymore and has no equivalent. I found one on the website for Gander RV of Lowell and was connected with David Martin when I called. David and the sales manager did all the work of making the sale and the finance manager did so great securing finance and going over the paperwork, regardless of the obstacles that I threw at them. They did all of this with me over the phone as I was about 800mi away. I drove 12 hours to pick up the unit and I was so amazed at how great everyone was at this Gander RV. The technician that showed me around the new RV and then rushed into the back to install the new hitch was so thorough and made sure I knew everything I wanted to know. The retail employees that walked me around the store to ensure that I had all the extras I needed were also very helpful. I have to say that the plugin fireplace they recommended is my new favorite thing and even use it in the house sitting at my desk. If you want a complete 5 star experience buying an RV look no further than here.

When I say Sebastian went above and beyond my expectations I’m not over exaggerating. Throughout my time visiting Gander RV in Lowell Sebastian was punctual, enthusiastic, and ready to help. He was very informative as I have been a BIG RV guy the last 40 years or so. Any question I had Sebastian was ready with the correct information to help aide my decision. Overall the entire buying process went extremely smooth and I don’t have an inkling of doubt that I made the right decision. Recently got a decent paying job and decided to get an RV for the family, so needless to say, the world of RVs is brand new to me. We walk onto the lot and are greeted by Sebastian. Sebastian was charming, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I could have had and then some. Normally salesmen just try to squeeze every penny out of you but instead, he helped me get the best value for the price and I left the lot owning a brand new RV. Now I can’t get my kids to stop Begging to go cross country If I ever have any RV needs I will be calling Sebastian personally. Gander has a new loyal customer!!
