I would like to shout out and a big thank you to Roger Bonine and Larry Leaver from the Nashville TN Gander RV and Outdoors. We were broke down at the side of the road waiting for a mechanic that Good Sam’s was dispatching to our location. Roger was Driving by and stopped to see if we needed help. I explained we were waiting on a Mechanic that Good Sam’s had dispatched. Roger said he was the General Manager of the Gander RV and was just down the street if he could be of any help call him. After we had waited over an hour on our mechanic Good Sam’ calls and said we didn’t have a mechanic on the way. I said in our last conversation you said he would be here in 60 to 90 minutes how could you let us sit waiting for over an hour and not let us know of the problem. Our conversation ended shortly after. I then called Gander RV shortly Larry Leaver came and had our RV back in their shop in no time. They made a special effort to get started on ours within 20 minutes. They showed us great hospitality while they found our problem. Thanks again to Roger and Larry from Nashville Gander RV and outdoors.

Ryan Hahn was very informative and helpful in getting us into our RV. He was friendly and quickly answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Jason was also super helpful and patient. Overall, we felt well informed and comfortable through the entire process. Thank you!!!
