The doctors seem nice, but do not call with results, even important ones. You will wait weeks for those results and many questions are unanswered because a nurse is calling you and making notes for the doctors. Hard to get anyone to communicate with you and to get your medications sorted etc. There is literally no way to contact through email to your doctor or their nurse. The voice-mail says you will receive a call back that day if message is before 4:00, more like HOPEFULLY days later.... :(

Have seen Dr Korey a few times.. last time asked for certain tests to be done with blood work up... never ordered. This time I called for appointment due to drugs running out and a regular check up needed to discuss meds.. could not fit in my normal 15 minute consultation until January 2021. DONE with this office... terrible service all around.
